Your Mental Health Gardener

Hello! Hey! What’s Up!

I am your lead therapist at Restorative Minds & Hearts, LLC. With years of experience as a hospice social worker, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside individuals and families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. This work revealed a profound truth: trauma, grief, and life transitions are deeply interconnected, and too often, people are alive but not truly living because of the pain they carry.

Witnessing this inspired me to focus on providing one-on-one therapeutic support. I wanted to create a supportive and compassionate space where healing could take root and individuals could reclaim their sense of purpose and joy.

As a self-described “mental health gardener,” I see therapy as a process of uprooting the pain and patterns that no longer serve you, planting seeds of resilience and self-compassion, and creating a space where you can bloom and flourish boldly. Together, we’ll cultivate healing and growth, helping you move toward a life filled with purpose, joy, and authenticity.

At Restorative Minds & Hearts, my mission is simple yet powerful: to ensure you don’t leave the same way you came. Each session is designed to guide you toward meaningful transformation, equipping you with the tools and clarity to move forward.

Your story matters, and so does your healing. Let’s work together to move from merely surviving to truly living.

My Therapy Style

  • Compassionate: This journey is entirely about you. I am here to understand and support what matters most to you, ensuring that your goals and needs are the priority.

  • Mindful: I honor the uniqueness of your lived experiences, understanding that they shape who you are. This awareness allows me to tailor your therapy experience to meet your specific needs and goals.

    • Warmth: My approach is gentle and collaborative. I’m not here to push or wrestle with you but to walk alongside you, supporting and guiding you as you navigate change.

    • Accountability: I challenge my clients in a constructive and healthy way. If there’s potential for growth, we’ll explore it together. This space is for you to process your experiences and decide who claims the victory—the challenges you’ve faced or you.

    • Intuitive: I prefer to ask questions rather than make assumptions. Your voice and perspective are essential, and I trust you as the expert of your own experience.
