RMH is a hybrid mental health practice specializing in helping millennial women and older adults in areas of trauma , grief, and life transitions. RMH’s goal is to restore emotional-well being and foster compassionate healing.
Do you offer in-person or online therapy?
Both in-person and online therapy sessions are available to accommodate your preferences and needs.
What are your hours of operation?
Tuesdays - 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (In person/ Virtual - Dover)
Wednesdays - 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm (In person / Virtual -Wilmington)
Thursdays - 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturday - By appointment only (In person / Virtual )

How do I schedule an appointment?
You can click “schedule today” on the Let’s Grow tab and select link most appropriate (Insurance or Private Pay).
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, I only accept Aetna and Cigna.
What’s your cancellation policy?
At least 24 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a fee.
How long are therapy sessions?
Sessions typically last 52 minutes, depending on the service provided.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Therapy can benefit anyone seeking emotional support, personal growth, or help navigating life’s challenges. During the initial intake, we will discuss your needs and goals to determine if we’re a good fit.
What happens during a therapy session?
